These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nexteventghana.com and related services operated as Next Event Ghana ("Next Event Ghana", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Our service
Next Event Ghana publishes information about events and places, including dates, times, locations, photographs and related details. The website may allow users to create accounts, use Google Social Login, submit content, comment, like posts, make bookings or complete transactions.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you use Google Social Login, you must comply with Google's applicable terms as well as these Terms.
3. User content
You may submit event details, place details, photographs, comments and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of User Content, but you grant Next Event Ghana a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, distribute and promote that content as needed to operate and improve the website.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, infringing, unsafe or harmful.
4. Content moderation
We may review, restrict, remove or disable access to content or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, harm users, create legal risk or misuse the website. We do not guarantee that all User Content is reviewed or accurate.
5. Event and place information
Dates, times, prices, locations, availability and other event or place information may be supplied by users, organisers or third parties. Information can change. Confirm important details with the relevant organiser before travelling, paying or attending. Next Event Ghana does not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, available, safe or suitable.
6. Bookings and payments
Where bookings or payments are offered, additional terms may apply at checkout or from the relevant organiser or payment provider. You are responsible for reviewing the details before submitting an order. Refunds, cancellations and changes may be governed by the applicable organiser or payment provider terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest information without permission, upload malware, impersonate another person, submit false listings, manipulate likes or comments, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The website, its software, branding, design and original materials are owned by or licensed to Next Event Ghana and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may use the website only for its intended purpose.
9. Third-party services
The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Google Login, hosting, analytics, maps, payment or booking providers. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services that we do not control.
